Mr. Green in the Library

This green glass shade sat stoic yet lonesome on a shelf for many year until an adventurous couple saw it's potential. In this collaboration Illume individually patinated and thoughtfully configured the brass hardware from antique, salvaged parts keeping the focal point on the glass shade selected.
It's the kind of fixture meant for intimacy, reading corners or deep, calm spaces like libraries where light should hover, not announce itself.
